I’ve been baking professionally for about a year and only went full time like 6 months ago. I’m proud of how much I’ve improved and excited to get even better!
Oh and currently I bake in a hallway at the back of a coffeeshop w a tiny oven, half a fridge and no freezer. Next month we should have an actual factual kitchen :)
