My current winner is $275/acre in Arizona. $36 annual property tax on this 20 acre parcel! Can you beat it?

Update: here’s the new cheapest price per acre of vacant land that I’ve been able to find:

$149/acre on a 120 acre parcel that a train runs through (you enter through a hole in the elevated train track wall!)
