ANATOMY CLASS BY GGUK THRUST SOCIETY

Let’s put our thirst into some educational use, shall we btches? @BTS_twt
As requested I will put some anatomical education about Jungkooks body regulary under this thread. Don’t hesitate to dm me your requests if smth particularly interests you. We can be intellectuals and thirst hoes at the same time right akhdgdjskksgdjs
191220 Lesson 1

Have you ever wondered what these two beauties are in JKs neck once his is throwing his head back? These are the tendons of the Sternocleidomastoideus muscle. They are responsible for the reclination (medical term for throwing your head back) of the head if +
both muscles from each side work together. If u only use one muscle u can turn ur head to the other side (contralateral rotation) or bow ur head to the same side of the muscle (ipsilateral flexion). The muscle is innervated by the Nervus accessorius which is the 10. headnerve
Here is a little extra: The muscle has two origins. One comes from the sternum and one from the clavicle. The tendon which you see in JKs picture is the one from the sternal origin. The muscles ends at the mastoid which is a part of the skull behind the ear u can feel on yourself
*Correction: Nervus accessorius is the 11. headnerve
191220 Lesson 2: knock knock time for Jeonc***!

I have heard a few times that ppl talk about the penis as a muscle. So I thought some sexual education might interest you. When the penis is in errection there is no actual muscle contracting. Actually the penis is swelling through
Two corpora cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum. The corpora cavernosa consists of lots and lots of arteries (Arteriae helcinae) which branch out from the two deep penile arteries. During the erection blood flow increases and the venous drainage is blocked so that the blood can
accumulate. This is what makes the penis stiff. The corpus spongiosum contains the urethra & is important during erection to keep the urethra open for ejaculation

Extra: you might have heard that the penis can “break” during intercourse.
There is no actual bone in the penis. The anatomical structure which is referred too is a thick tissue that surrounds the corpora cavernosa which is called tunica albuginea. It gives them stability during swelling and can rupture if the penis is deformed by force in erection.
A rupture of the corpora cavernosa themselves can cause this too btw.

Until next time, enjoy the ride but remember to be careful too btches lmao
191221 Lesson 3: Thighs Thighs Thighs

It’s no secrets that Jungkooks thighs are one of the best parts of his body, he even said so himself lol! But do you actually know how many muscles actually form our thigh? Strictly speaking you only count those muscles which are
Responsible for extension and flexion in the knee joint. But the adductor group (adduction: movement of your leg from the outside to the body midline) can also be counted in. Today I want to focus on the Musculus quadriceps femoris which is a muscle with 4 parts (quadriceps)
: Musculus rectus femoris, M. vastus medialis, M. vastus lateralis, M. vastus intermedius. ‘Femoris’ comes from femur which is the name of the thigh bone. The function of the muscle is the extension in the knee joint. The muscle is innervated by the Nervus femoralis.
When the muscle is exercised well you can see a beautiful definition of its different part LIKE ON JUNGKOOKS THIGHS WBK.

Extra for those who are revising thigh muscles:

1. Flexors
M. biceps femoris
M. semitendinosus
M. semimembranosus
2. Extensors: M. quadriceps femoris
3. Adductors
M. pectineus
M. adductor longus
M. adductor brevis
M. adductor magnus
M. gracilis
4. extra: M. sartorius, M. tensor fasciae latae (not sure if they count in as thigh muscles but they can be found in that region)

SO THERE ARE 11 THIGH MUSCLES ISN’T THAT INSANE???
191223 Lesson 3

I couldn’t help but notice that JKs ass got thiccer over time kahdkshdhdhsk AND GOD I AM GREATFUL. So when you asked me to talk about his ass and how his hip thrusts work I THOUGHT BITCH HELL YEAH IMMA PUT THIS IN ONE LESSON bc that is exactly what our gluteal
muscles do! We have three muscles that form that beautiful butt of his: Musculus gluteus maximimus, medius and minimus. The two latter muscles form a unit. The Gluteus maximus is the strongest extensor (extension: straigthening of the joint) in our hip joint. The upper part
Is also responsible for the abduction (movement of your leg from your body midline to the outside) whereas the lower muscle fibers is responsible for the adduction (movement from the outside to the body midline) bc they are below the turning point of the joint. Another function
is the external rotation of the hip joint (rotation from the center of the body to the outside). The muscle is innervated by the Nervus gluteus inferior. Gluteus medius and minimus however, are the most important abductors in our hip joint. Their ventral (refers to the direction
of the belly) part is responsible for internal rotation and flexion wheras the dorsal (refers to the direction of the back) part is responsible for external rotation and extension. They are innervated by the Nervus gluteus superior.

Extra: The movement of JKs hip thrust
consists simply speaking of the change of extension and flexion in our hip joint. With the gluteal muscles we have mostly covered that part. Remember the gluteus muscle is the strongest extensor in our hip joint. The strongest flexor however is not a gluteal muscle. If you think
Of it in a technical way it has to be located on the ventral side of the body sp when the muscle fibers pull you will get a flexion of the hip joint. This case applies to the Musculus iliopsoas which is the strongest flexor in our hip joint. The innervation is covered by direct
branches of the plexus lumbalis and the Nervus femoralis. The muscle is devided into a Musculus iliacus, M. Psoas major and minor.

Phew that was probably a lot medical terms to take in, especially the terms of body movement. Hope yall enjoyed it tho & feel free to ask anything
A little tip from my side if you are really interested in anatomy and want to take your understanding to the next level: try to learn the terms of body movements by heart, then you will understand my lessons and anatomical texts in general much easier https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anatomical_terms_of_motion
191224 Lesson 4 Tiddies

Ok listen Jeontiddies are kn of my favourites on his body so there is no way I am skipping those beautifully shaped firmed pecs of his! Ahhh watch those muscle fibers twirl around leading to it’s tendon. That’s the beauty of anatomy right here btches!
The Musculus pectoralis major is the biggest muscle in the breast region and consists of a sternal head (coming from the sternum) and a clavicular head. It is important for flexion, internal rotation and adduction of the humerus. As a fan shaped muscle it covers up the 2nd to the
6th rib of the thorax. It is innervated by the Nervus pectoralis medialis and lateralis. Another function of the muscle is to support our breathing during forced inspiration. In a rare case ppl can be born without a Pectoralis major on one side, mostly right side. This is called
Poland syndrome.

Extra: You can find the pectoralis minor muscle direct under the pectoralis major. It covers the third to 5th rib. It’s tendon runs to the processus coracoideus which is a prominent part of our scapula. It’s function lies in the forward and downwar movement of
The scapula which enhances the mobility of the shoulder joint. If you support yourself on a table for example with your arms in order to breathe better the pectoralis minor and major pull the ribs wider apart for inspiration. The innervation is the same as the pectoralis major.
Lesson 5 My love for his abs ain’t fake

Never would I have dreamt of Jungkook revealing his abs on purpose but he fcking did so let’s appreciate his hard work and dedication shall we? When we talk about ‘abs’ we are specifically talking about the rectus abdominis muscle
which extends from the 5-7th rib downwards to the pubic bone simply speaking. It is just one of many abdominal muscles but the most prominent in athletic ppl. The muscle is divided into muscle bellies by 4 or 3 tendinious intersections which results in a six- or eightpack.
The muscle is innervated by thoracoabdominal nerves which are a continuation of the thoracic 7th to 11th intercostal nerves. It’s function is the flexion of the spine which is important for us when we want to get up from the bed for example. It also supports a forced exhalation
And the increase of abdominal pressure in order to cough for example.

Extra for meds: rectus sheath

The rectus sheath is formed by the aponeuroses of the other abdominal muscles: Musculus obliquus externus abdominis, obliquus internus abdominis and transversus abdominis
The important landmark is the linea arcuata which is 3-5 cm distal the navel. Simply speaking you can keep in mind that the aponeuroses of the external and ventral part of the internal obliquus abdominis muscle form the anterior layer which cover the rectus abdominis if you are
Cranial (“over”) the linea arcuata. The dorsal layer is formed by the dorsal part of the aponeuroses of the internal oblique muscle and the tranversus abdominis muscle. If you look caudal (“below” the linea arcuate all aponeuroses form the ventral layer of the sheath which
Leaves only the fascia transversalis and the peritnoeum parietale covering the dorsal part of the rectus abominis muscle.

Generally speaking remember that that our man puts lots of efforts in his abdominal muscles but he is also blessed with an 8pack bc god has his fave wbk🔥
Lesson 6 V Line is even sexier than you thought

Ok guys, some of yall might have been wondering what the so called v line actually is. No it’s not a bone. No it’s not (only) a muscle. We haven’t actually seen it clearly on Jungkook so far since that area mostly have been covered
You probably saw it better in Jimin in his calvin kleins (real thirst hoes know which pic I mean lol). The v line is actually the inguinal channel which is built up by different compenents of the abdominal muscles and the i lnguinal ligament simply speaking. What the channel
Contains, in fact, is much more interesting: it’s the SPERMATIC CORD along with the musculus cremaster which is the continuation of the Musculus obliquus internus abdominis and tranversus abdominis (have a look at my abs lesson). And YES the spermatic cord is exactly
What you think it is! The spermatic cord (ductus deferens) makes sure that those fine sperms of his can travel from the testis where they are produced to the urethra in the penis for ejaculation. On its way to the urethra the sperm meets with the secretions of the
Vesicular gland which produces fructose for the nourishment of the sperm so the ejaculat is actually sweet... PAUSE (I’m gonna leave it at that)

Extra: the Musculus cremaster is important for the cremaster reflex which you can induce when you touch the inner skin of the thigh
Which results in a lifting of the testis through contraction of the muscle. You can also watch the reflex if the male body is near orgasm or the outer temperature of the environment drops (controvers). Well I certainly don’t know what to do with that info but now u have it too
200222 Lesson 7 Deltoid Muscle

Now this is really one of my absolute favourite muscle in the glorious body of Jungkook bc it’s muscle fibers are so beautiful when they are well defined. The Musculus deltoideus is essential for the abduction (rising till 90 degrees) & elevation
(Rising from 90 degrees upwards) of the arm. It consists of 3 parts: pars clavicularis (anterior part), pars acromialis (medial part) and pars spinalis (posterior part). The initiation of the abduction is covered by the Supraspinatus muscle. But from 10 degrees on the deltoid
Takes over (mainly medial part). When the arm reaches 60 degrees this part becomes insufficient and the other anterior and posterior parts take over and manage to elevate our arm over 90 degrees which is allowed by the outer rotation of our shoulder blade. The muscle is
Innervated by the axillary nerve.

Bonus: when you get a vaccine it is an intramuscular injection in the deltoid.

Yall thirst hoes better remember this beautiful muscle and it’s strength to pull our entire arm up when yall see Jungkook flexing it 🔥
Deltoid muscle in action, along with its antagonist pectoralis major which I introduced in lesson 4
200229 Lesson 8 A tribute to sensitive nipples

Yall better appreciate the view of Jungkooks stiff nipples as long as it lasts and this cb has truly been a blessing hands down. Can’t believe I just read scientific papers about the nipple to share it with you thirst hoes
The blood supply of the nipple is ensured through the internal mammary/thoracic artery which runs under the medial part of our ribs. The nipple is innervated by the 4th intercostal nerve. Whereas in women the nipple is important for lactation and as a erogenous area, in men it
ONLY HAS EROTIC FUNCTIONS (yall heard me!!!). Tall men have larger areolas (the dark pigmented area around the nipple). The nipple is maf eof muscular and epithelial (superficial part of the skin) tissues. The innervation around the nipple areola complex in men is very dense
Which means nipple erection occurs more frequently but from a different mechanism than penile erection. The nipple erection can be caused by cold temperature or mechanical stimulation via release of the hormone oxytocin. The erection is due to the contraction of smooth muscle
Fibers through the sympathic nervous systems (no swelling through blood vessels like in the penis). You can compare the reaction to the pilomotor reflex which causes goosebumps. Nipple stimulation is sometimes intense enough to cause orgasm in some women and very rarely in men
So yeah if you think of how sensitive Jungkooks nipple are (they get erected by the simple touch of his shirt) how much could you stimulate them by sucking on them skfggdjsjsksjhsks but you didn’t hear that from me
200320 Lesson 9 Clavicle

Since yall are about to virtually licking Taes delicate collarbones here goes some juicy anatomy lesson with it hoes. The collarbone is called clavicle or clavicula in latin which means “little key” bc it connects the sternum and the shoulder blade
And rotates when you abduct your arm (abduction = raising your arm horizontally). The bone is so delicate that clavicle fractures are the most common fractures in our body. Now here comes a little reference to my previous lesson. If you look at Taes neck you see two prominent
Muscles on each side whoch insert at the medial (=inner, more to the body midline) part of the clavicle. These fine specimens are the two sternocleidomastoideus muscles which I covered before
When the bone breaks the pull of the muscle causes a dislocation of the medial fragment which can even result in perforation of the bone fragment through the skin. The typical trauma which causes a clavicle fracture is a fall on the shoulder or a fall with your outstretched hand
So whatever you do bitches: touch it, kiss it, suck it, lick it but remember to make love to it tenderly bc it is a delicate structure and there are other parts of his body hard enough to endure more pressure 🔥
200323 Lesson 10 He is on top

Bitches be thirsting about the biceps but real intellectual thirst hoes know the significance if this beautiful specimen: musculus triceps brachii. It is the antagonist of its more famous brother the biceps which means they have opposite functions
The biceps is mostly important for the flexion of the elbow joint whereas the triceps is responsible for the extension of the elbow joint. The muscle is called triceps bc of its three heads. One has its origin on the lateral (outer) edge of the shoulder blade directly under the
Shoulder joint (Caput longum - latin for long head), the other two have their origins on the proximal part of the humerus (Caput mediale, Caput laterale). As mentioned the main function is the extension of the elbow. Another side funtion of the Caput longum is the adduction of
The arm in the shoulder joint. I mean how can we not appreciate this prominent muscle of Jungkooks arm when he is exercising so hard for us WHILE MOANING SO LOUD
I mean seriously bitches he doesn’t even have to use the muscle for it to pop out bc it is THAT THICC.
The muscle is innervated by the radial nerve which runs around the humerus and is very exposed and vulnerable when the humerus fractures.
Now let’s move on to some practical examples without some big blabla again since we know that VISUAL LEARNING IS THE BEST FOR THIRST HOES AND YALL CAN’T DENY IT.
I mean it is teally not that hard to find videos of him training the muscle bc Jungkook actually does A LOT of exercise on that muscle. Well, you almost might have to wonder why 🤔
But don’t worry thirst hoes I came up with a plausible explanation and I don’t accept constructive criticism: The triceps is also the muscle that provides you the right amount of strength when Jeon Jungkook has to extend his arm to support himself on the ground when he is on TOP
And since his triceps is so thicc yal can imagine how long he can go without any sign of weakness and with that thought I will end this lesson for today YOU ARE WELCOME HOES
201123 Lesson 11 Radialis Group

Thirst hoes couldn’t help but motice that thicc bulge of forarm muscles on Kim Taehyung while holding his phone. Those are the radial muscles of the forearm: Musculus brachioradialis, extensor carpi radialis longus and brevis. The brachioradialis
Cover the other two muscles and is mainly responsible for the contour of the forearm. It’s function is the flexion of the elbow joint.
The other two muscles, Extensor carpi radialis longus and brevis word together and have the same function in the wrist joint: dorsal extension and radial abduction. If you think of it the movement of Taehyungs wrist in the picture is
*consists of ulnar abduction and palmar flexion which is the opposite of the function of those radial forearm muscles. Still they look so fucking thicc and bulgy which means if he would flex them they would be even more defined. If you think really hard about those
Movements of the wrist he would need those muscles for- oh well there is only one thing that comes to my mind and even tho his muscles are clearly well trained for this btch would love to lend him a hand🍆👋🏻

With that thought I will leave you at that, keep intellectual thirsting
P.s. Everything is logical bc thicc dick requires thicc muscles lsjdhsjsjska
