Seokjin loves his sugar gliders more than we know - a thread
I just want to share my experience/pov of having sugar gliders and i want people to see how a great keeper Seokjinnie is of his sugar gliders, more than we know

Sugar gliders (sg) are not domestic pets like cats or dogs. They are exotic pets, they live in the wild but can be kept as pets. I first had my sg in 2013 and I& #39;m so amazed by Jin when i knew that he has them as pets. They& #39;re so adorable but not so "friendly" at first
Sugar gliders are instinctively wild animal. They protect themselves from predators in the wild by "crabbing" and biting. That is also their first reaction to stranger. It means they& #39;re scared or angry.
The girl using thick gloves here to prevent her hands getting bitten and make the sg comfortable. And do you hear the crabbing sound? It is loud and provoking. Because it is meant to scare the predators away.
This is the first phase all sg keeper must been through to "tame" their sg. It took patience, time, and constant effort to make your sg know you and being comfortable with you. It also depends on the sg& #39;s character.
Their teeth are very strong. If they got to bite your fingers, you could got bleed. It& #39;s one of their weapon, and Jimin acknowledged it djskjsjsks
What amazes me is, in front of camera, Jin often portrayed as one of the "scaredy cats" but behind the camera we really know nothing about him. I& #39;m sure he also had a hard time to handle his sg at first, but he finally managed to bond well with his sg.

A baby sg (called "joey") is a good choice if you want to start to adopt them. They& #39;re still easier to bond with humans rather than the adult ones. Jin did his research well. By his size, I guess odengie is only 2-2.5 months old in this comeback show clip
Oh and this is the important thing. Sugar gliders can& #39;t be kept alone! They can get stressed if they& #39;re lonely. That& #39;s why Jin has 2, odeng and eomuk.
Jin provided a nice cage for odeng and eomuk. Sugar glider loves to jump. Jin went for the cage& #39;s height rather than a wide cage. Again, this man did his research well.
Sugar gliders are nocturnal. They sleep all day and they need a warm and comfort place to hide/sleep during day time. As they& #39;re nocturnals, they can be very noisy and very active at night. They love to jump and play with each other. And they bark too!

I feel a bit emotional seeing this again. Odeng and eomuk happily play with each other while their daddy recording them. Can you imagine the love Seokjin has for them? How much happiness they give to Jin?

Jin was worried at first to show his sg. You can tell that he& #39;s so thoughtful, not just for his eomuk, odeng, or gukmul. But for other animals as well. Tbh i get emotional making this thread cause I& #39;m a crybaby and i miss my sgs. We knew that odeng and eomuk already passed away joining jjangu to the rainbow paradise. There are things we can control and we can& #39;t. Let& #39;s say thank you to them for giving pure love and happiness into Jin& #39;s life.
