A nation that bases its wealth on natural ressources doesnt have to invest on human development. Money only serves securitarian concerns. No need for an educated population, No need for hospitals, no need for infrastructure...

Nations that only have humans as ressources have to play differently.
The nation needs to invest in its population in order to create wealth. The wellbeing of the nation resides in its ability to create wealth from knowledge. Hence the obligation for cooperation

A nation engaged on the path of cooperative wealth creation finds democracy as naturally as ressources based economies need the securitarian approache. The more ideas it created, the more educated, the richer.
