So, I am working on redbubble sales guide with tips to boost your sales and increase your income with it.
This is not a miracle solution to make you rich, it is a slow process that can help you reach more people and make more sales.
- Go to product pricing and adjust them to what seems fair to you. Redbubble default is always too low and I am sure you know you deserve more than 20 cents for a sticker. Especially taking into account that in some currencies you get almost next to nothing.
- Use tags, even tags that you think are useless like blonde, animegirl, portrait, cute. The more tags you use, the easier it is for other people to find your work. Also use generic tags to increase your chances of being found.
-While putting a drawing and applying to everything is good, try to adjust it to different objects, even to the point of redesigning them.
Start the design process by having the whole object in mind and not just an object where you slap a drawing.
-You lose nothing from uploading tons of stuff. You may think you are spamming but the truth is, every time you add work, the views in your store boost a bit, and then people will find the rest of your work.
Also more work = more possible sells
-Do work of the things you like, be it original or fanart. You may think it is a bit niche but the truth is the fans of more niche stuff will always be looking for works to buy since it is rare to find them.
-Keep track of the faves you receive, they may transform themselves into sales. Also, they will give you an idea of what people want to see from your work.
So focus on that.
Keep track of the ration between faves and sales.
-Share the link of your store on social media, a lot of times, even when there is not in promotion. You have to promote yourself a lot. Remember the more people see your store, the more the algorithm helps.
The more you share the more people see.
Some months are better some are worse. Use the worse ones to design new material and prepare promotion posts.
