Offices, organizations, or any sort of entity at colleges // universities.

Stop paying thousands of dollars to white people on workshops on diversity and inclusion....like, go pay Black, Indigenous, Students of Color, staff, faculty, etc. to lead these type of things.
Also, if you’re Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color in a position of power over these type of events//workshops, STOP underpaying other BIPOC. You know how much your institution is paying white folks, pay the the same amount AND more.
Honestly, just stop exploiting and taking advantage of BIPOC who do speaking engagements, who are creating platforms, or who are calling out the violence being recycled against them in these educational environments.
Oh, and another thing. Don’t just invite us during the “heritage” months. Y’all know what I’m talking - February, November, October, September, etc. y’all got a couple months in advance for planning.
Conversations around race, racism, class, gender, sexuality, etc, should be consistent and ongoing.

Not just a one month event to fill your diversity quota.
