Soooo that 35 down and we‘re back to my 9th (?) grade weight which is, to be quite honest, hilarious.
12 to go until I reach what the kids call „a normal BMI“
(Yes I am aware that the BMI is not a good tool for measurement but a girl has to get charts and goals from somewhere) https://twitter.com/NoLightNoSound/status/1194228333313167360

35 is a lot, and I have made some interesting observations, and I also kind of get where a lot of psychological problems and disorders stem from with regards to weight loss. If you have been overweight basically most of your life, watching the scale go down is... addicting
I know that numbers and excel sheets hold a weird power over me and I actively have to make sure I don‘t obsess over this. I have to have other goals like getting splits or more weights on strength training. I am not allowed to count calories more than a very rough estimate
It‘s weird because occasionally you have that little vouce that goes „but what if we ate... less?“ and then I go and eat a cookie because fuck that.
Anyway, the moral of the story is moderation in all things and be aware of how your stupid brain works, kinds.

Also I need y‘all to know that I am getting pretty close to front splits
