Hey y’all I’m starting a thread of my journey of cleaning up my childhood home. Day 1 was good! We’ve made a lot of progress on some room and I’m painting them tomorrow! Here’s a pick of me doing my new favorite thing- spakeling, and color options for this room!

I’m exciting to show you all a before and after pics of some rooms tomorrow once they are nice and painted

Day 2, fresh paint does wonders folks, can’t wait to show the before and after pics! But for now just this

Day 3! First room is finished! The before and after is pretty bonkers. You can really see how hard the renters were on the house, but there is nothing a fresh coat of paint can’t fix

Day 4! *late* Prepped the next room for painting, was cleaning out the vents and found TRAYSHURRE!

Day 5... paint not fully dried but here it is! Nice and periwinkle. I’m so bleeehhhh today after all this, on to another room tomorrow if I’m feeling up to it

Okay so I know there haven’t been a lot of updates here lately but the holidays were busy!!! We finally got new locks on!!! I also painted another room but I forgot to take a picture.

Here it is! Kinda obsessed with this color right now.

Here’s the tv room (this was done a few days ago) we’ve also finished the living room and are close to the dining room being done!

The next big big BIG project is cleaning the kitchen because we will have to use it as is...because the kitchen is going to start getting redone in JUNE...RIP
