Here’s a collection of all the times Yuto has either played guitar, or him or the other members have mentioned about him playing guitar.
If you’ve been following me for 2.5 seconds, read my bio, or even took the time to read some of my tweets, y’all KNEW this thread was coming at some point. I’m so proud of him for being so hardworking and putting his all into learning something that can be seen as difficult.
I will NOT be posting any pics or videos from fancafe, just the title and the translation. Translation credits will be given.

We were left in the dark for a while...until his 190731 post on Fancafe, aka the day my soul left my body. I STILL get butterflies watching the video.
A little backstory on the “don’t be hurt.” So Pentagon was up for nomination at one of the music shows and unfortunately lost. To cheer Unis up, each and every member posted something. Everyone was waiting for Yutos, but didn’t expect THAT. I remember my entire TL being shook af.

Throughout the month of September he was spotted with his guitar at different airports in North and South America. There’s different pics on Twitter but I can’t find them all

I actually found a tutorial of Heaven in fingerstyle! This is how he’s playing it, in case you wanted to know what’s going on off camera.
My last tweet in the thread actually makes for a perfect intro to this. GQ Korea interviewed them and asked them what their favorite personal items are. Yuto said a small pouch (with baby Kino on it ) which had various items & one was a nail clipper.

Having longer nails on the right fingers makes playing fingerstyle songs much easier. Since Yuto is so passionate about learning to play, that’s why he keeps his right fingernails longer than his left.

With the sad and sudden closing of YUTOpia, which was an account who subbed literally everything Yuto related, content on this thread will slow down a bit. My Korean skills are very low and I don’t know a thing of Japanese.
If I see anything on twitter, whether it be subs or just someone clarifying something he said, I will quote said tweet to give credit. I don’t wanna stop this thread because I know there’s no way content is over.
AND OH MY GOD WAS I RIGHT. 200223 he blessed Universe with his “Late Night Yuto” vlive. When I tell you this vlive is something I wanted for a long time, I mean it. I’ve been asking for this on both here and fc, with my most recent post being a couple days before it.
I’m not sure if it was pure coincidence or if he was actually lurking on here and reading his letters on fancafe, but I’m extremely thankful for what he did.

And a bonus: every single guitar players rite of passage; the opening riff to Smoke on the Water by Deep Purple. This song is notorious for being super easy to play, but it’s also showing his interest in learning to play rock music which is so exciting
