During her time as prosecutor, Kamala:
• refused to release non-violent prisoners bc the State would lose out on their cheap labor
• refused DNA testing for Kevin Copper, an innocent man accused of murder

• strongly argued for the death penalty
• supports reporting undocumented juveniles to ICE
• instructed the california DOC to wipe out her prosector arrest records from public access

a common theme amongst centrists, basically saying that black people aren’t smart enough to form their own opinions and have been “misguided” by a small group of people on twitter. Maybe they got their opinions from uhh idk, her own actions??? of being a fucking cop????
