I understand Communication is disseminated from one central point. However, I feel there isn't enough flow of communication between PCTs & CCT. For example, EFF is official opposition in North West where 13 municipalities are under administration. No plan of action pronounced.

Mapulaneng hospital construction has already gone beyond R300m but, hospital is nowhere near completion. EFF is official opposition in Mpumalanga. I wanna hear #EFFPresser providing leadership on this matter.

There's R440m taxi rank in Bloemfontein that has been not been used for 9yrs. #EFFPresser hasn't made pronouncement on this issue.
