I saw a tweet about how every minor condition in Nigerian hospitals was 50:50 chance in dying. Saw a replies, where people were talking of ordinary back pain, ordinary this and that.

I thought okay, this is weird, and went looking for the supposed tweet. Found it and discovered it had less than 150RTs, and was a newspaper column article.

In that article, the Mr David guy blamed the entire system. Doctors, senators etc. "Anybody in Nigeria can k*ll you" he said.
