Grown up white American men talk like little boys.🙄

Here are some basic truths of life for those folks:

<See thread>
1. No country is the “greatest.” Every country has strengths and weaknesses
2. No one country can rule the world. Certainly not the USA with less than 5% of the world’s population
3. No Empire lasts forever. (Yes, America is an Empire.)

Greece, Italy, Spain, UK, France, Hungary, Portugal, Netherlands, India, China, Mongolia, Russia, Ottoman ... all had fleeting glorious Empires.

But they all died. So will America.
4. America lucked out. Thanks to relatively advanced technology, Europeans stole a massive land rich in natural resources.

Then they enslaved Africans, stole more lands like the Philippines, exploited China etc etc.
5. Finally, all the Empires destroyed themselves in WW1 and WW2, leaving the USA the lone Empire. (The USSR was no match).
6. Empires last the longest, if the vassal states freely want to be a part of the Empire.

But the US needs perpetual wars & coups & 800 military bases to maintain its Empire.

This is a fundamental contradiction in America’s claim of spreading freedom & democracy
7. America’s militarism is funded by US dollars; and US dollar is enforced by US military

This is Mafia strategy. Not sustainable.

In China, mobile payment has virtually eliminated the need for cash. Similarly, new digital platforms for global trade will make USD obsolete.
8. For 200 years, Chinese, Indians, Africans & others were humiliated and exploited by Europeans.

Now, all that bottled up creativity & energy are gushing.

Americans are whining, Europeans are paralyzed, and Asians are innovating.
9. The center of gravity of global economy is swiftly moving towards Asia.👇

The peak American power was in 1950. That’s what Trump dreams about when he says “MAGA”

But it’s like an old man saying, “I wish I could be young again!”
