Shots were fired in central London on Friday, with police saying they responded to a stabbing in an incident in which a number of people have been injured.
A Wall Street Journal reporter heard gunshots in the London Bridge area, and groups of people were seen rushing from the scene.

Police have been recorded on video, running down and arresting a second man at Cannon Street Station London England.

Police are making arrests and enquiries across the city they say. The terrorist enjoyed his special status of leniency. Now he's killed two more, injuring others.
In a separate incident Friday evening, 3 people were wounded in a stabbing spree on a busy shopping street in the center of The Hague, Netherlands. Dutch police said the motive wasn’t immediately clear and that the suspect got away.
So it's the next day.

Update: on Hague stabbing.
Police announced the arrest on Saturday evening. The man, reportedly of Middle Eastern or North African descent without a residency, allegedly stabbed 3 minors in a department store during the Black Friday sales rush. 2 very young girls an 13 yo boy.
