I think people need to remember that having ten balls in the air is not the same thing as being a juggler.

Having multiple business ideas, jumping from one space to another and back to the other and burning yourself out is not the same as being a serial entrepreneur.
Just got off the line with someone who's now asked me three times about the work that I do.

The person is a professional provider while also "getting in the medical marijuana space" while also "running an agency" while also "thinking about a 3rd masters to start a ___."
I'm claiming this one thing as fact:

Success in the next decade is going to be determined by two things and two things only:

1) self-mastery of 'soft skills'
2) ability to FOCUS
The ability to focus is gold and soft skills like emotional agility, emotional intelligence, discernment, empathy, equanimity, being a person who lives by their word -- is the gateway to getting a whole LOT of things done while also attracting the kind of people who can help you.
Hard skills (those attained thru degrees and training) will always be necessary and that goes without saying, but they are like the bus ticket that only gets you to the first station. Soft skills are, and will always be, the transfer point.
But who can help a person who's all over the place and unfocused -- regardless of their hard skills and degrees?
