THREAD: Thanks for the warmest welcome of my recent tweet, where I recognized hard-working poets who use their voice to say what only they can say. Since there seems to be a lot of people looking for good homes for their work, here's a list of journals that have been kind. 1/
Be sure to visit the journal's website and read their submission guidelines (some might be closed right now; some might have particular themes), and then send them what you've got. I will use the handles for the mags who are on Twitter. I wish you the very best of luck, but 2/
remember that a rejection is just a sign that you're brave & vulnerable & doing the hard work of sending your poetry into the universe. Send it somewhere else. Keep writing. Keep trying. Never stop using your voice to tell your story. Someone somewhere needs to read your words.3/
