Earlier this week I lost my Mum after a long illness. She was 84 years old.

I was expecting it and to some extent it is part of the harrowing experience of growing older to lose your parents.

I was at the Doctor's this morning and we chatted ( in French) about grief.
We then talked about #Brexit and how stressful and depressing its been.
She likened it to grief, the loss of long standing deeply held values about not only one's Country but the loss of personal values of internationalism, sharing and belonging held for more than 40 years. 2/3
