When Labour stop seeing their potential voters as weak minds who are easy prey to a conspiratorial billionaire class & start to entertain the idea UK citizens might genuinely value different things to them they might finally face the prospect of majority govt again

Perhaps the poor thinkers are not those who quite reasonably see threat to their lives in the current incarnation of Labour but those who are so easily convinced their friends, neighbours & colleagues are mere idiots manipulated via conspiracies they cannot substantiate?

You have to completely close your eyes, ears & mind to the testimony of long standing Labour figure after long standing Labour figure to convince yourself the party’s poor performance is the product of a media conspiracy.

Ask yourself why people who have been Labour since childhood can no longer back the party & in some cases would even go so far as to back their chief opponents to protect the country from Corbyn & McDonnell. Really think about it. Maybe, *maybe*, they have good reason.

But if your first instinct is instead to take comfort in baseless conspiracy theories I would suggest it is you who have gone to the dark place, not them.
