1. For 16 years, we’ve been campaigning and battling @ParliamentofRSA & now 3 Presidents about Traditional Leadership and Governance Framework (TLGFA). It is unconstitutional, reinstates Bantustan Boundaries and sets back democratic gains of rural based citizens.

2. Instead of addressing these fundamental issues, Parliament went ahead and drafted the TKLB, basically TLGFA but now tagging along Khoi San leaders. Of course, the promises of land to Khoi San are hollow.

3. Despite the Motlanthe High Level Panel which shows why South Africa should not have TLGFA/TKLB, Parliament went ahead with the Bill. Now @CyrilRamaphosa has signed it into law. PS. The High Level Panel was established by Parliament to advise. Now, they are ignoring its advice.

4. For 16 years, people have talking to Parliament, 3 Presidents (Mbeki, Zuma & Motlanthe) and now the 4th, you, @CyrilRamaphosa. None has listened. Right now, Ingonyama Trust is charging people for staying in their ancestral homes. Elsewhere, Traditional Leaders do as they wish

5. Elsewhere, Traditional Leaders are refusing to account for funds of communities in mining deals. They treat community resources as their personal slush funds. All these issues are known but ignored by govt & Parliament.
