Wanted, a game like Cities: Skylines but with the focus of building a high density, walkable city set in the Victorian era. Build railway lines and canals instead of highways.
I like the look of Foundation because its highly customizeable but because it is specifically a *gridless* game.... You cant really build big cities.
Banished is one game but its *too* grid oriented. I want to be able to build curved streets. Still not focused on logistics either.
I want to build high density town centers connected with rail and canals to supporting agricultural hamlets. Build railway with handpushed carts for the alleyways and electric for the main street.
Sure there are options to PC games. Building dioramas are cool but not really what I am looking for, I want something you can test in real time and have the opportunity to go mainstream.

Anno 1800 allows you to build large cities but still doesnt have the logistics focus I am looking for.
