2. Education- the education system will always celebrate the white man at the expense of the black man. White history is celebrated whilst black history is ignored. We’re left fascinated about European queens and kings but no one cares abt African royalty

Those offered scholarships in European & American countries come back detesting Africa and its backward culture as they’re taught to rever white history. Day in day out people start bashing their countries and holding them to higher European standards which seem unattainable

3. Entertainment- sadly governments fail to realize that by not giving their people local content a vacuum is created for people to absorb mostly European content. The white heroes created in the movies leave an everlasting impression. Foreign culture is looked up to as better

Than local culture. The more we import foreign entertainment, the less we value and develop our own talent and our own entertainment industry. In the meantime the American film industry rakes billions worldwide and local film industry will never stand a chance

As long as gvts do not address the above issues, Africans will continue looking down on themselves and will continue believe that Western systems are superior and more effective. They can easily be swayed to revolt against their gvts because they don’t meet Western standards

We’ve been eager to lose ourselves and throw out all aspects of our culture even some which are good in an effort to become whiter than white
