There's one more critique of the #EATLancet report which has been regularly made and which is, again, untrue. We are told that this is not a 'vegetable rich' diet. Er, yes, it is. In terms of calories, this represents around 4-8% of a daily diet as vegetables (assuming 2000 calories per day), which sounds low, but that is because vegetables are not an energy dense food and offer few calories per gram.
