Some people have an ethical calculus that includes:
- I need money or I'm going to be on the street
- My visa will be invalid so I'm gonna get kicked out of the country
- If I don't have this health insurance me or my partner's life can be at risk https://twitter.com/ReinH/status/1199848709464322049

I think the ones who can clearly survive capitalism and also lean into conservative politics will let you know when they're actually a problematic person working at a problematic company rather than a person working at problematic company because they don't have much of a choice.
Chances are if you see someone in a marginalized group working at Big Problem Corp it's probably not because they actually want to, but they need to for a bajillion myriad reasons.
