1.) this experience isn’t unique to this show, this industry, it’s in most all work environments. We must fight for diverse and authentically inclusive work environments and experiences.

2.) women have to amplify, elevate, and support other women OUT LOUD when they’re doing the good work, the risky work, and displaying a willingness to face consequences for all of our inclusion.
3.) Black women are consistently labeled aggressive, hard to work with, difficult, in the workplace.
@itsgabrielleu is NOT wrong, nor is she any of the aforementioned. We mustn’t allow her to be gaslit this way. It can happen to any of us.

4.) At some point we must all stand and say NO. This is NOT okay. We do NOT accept this. We will NOT accept this.
5.) You are not alone @itsgabrielleu. There’s power in numbers. Ppl are abused when they’re perceived to be alone, she is NOT alone.
