Maybe there are other naming rights nerds out there? I drove @_ChrisPope CRAZY with this last year when it became a mini obsession on a northern road trip. The Soo has just renamed its arena, so...

For those interested, here's what I found (highest to lowest):
1) Ottawa (TD Place): $1.2-million per year (estimate)

2) London (Budweiser Gardens): $640k/yr (was $500k as John Labbatt Centre)

3) Mississauga (Paramount Fine Foods): $500k/yr

4) Saginaw (Dow Event Centre): $420k/yr

5) Hamilton (First Ontario Centre): $350k/yr
6) Erie (Erie Insurance Arena): $300k/yr

7) Kingston (Leon's Arena): $257,500/yr (rising to about $300k/yr in tenth year of deal)

8) Oshawa (Tribute Communities Centre): $250k/yr

9) Niagara (Meridian Centre): $200k/yr

10) Windsor (WFCU Centre): $175k/yr
11) Barrie (Sadlon Arena): $170k/yr

12) Guelph (Sleeman Centre): approx. $100k/yr

13) Soo (GFL Memorial Gardens): $75k/yr (had been $150k/yr as Essar Centre and $135k/yr as Steelback Centre)

14) Sarnia (Progressive Auto Sales): $43k/yr
It should be noted that these deals have little -- if anything -- to do with the #OHL team playing in the arena. It's got way more to do with the market, the local economy, and the corporate sponsor.
