When i started out as , I used to trade everyday & mostly overtrade. My tradebook was on avg filled with 8-10 random stocks I picked up from Trading groups/Social media. I used to hunt from trades from others.

It all changed once spent time on my studies instead of trade hunting

A few years I had set out a goal to not get enticed by trades that a friend or TV analysts gives &promised my self that I wouldn't overtrade. I would only trade a predefined setup & set of few instruments which historically made profits

These things are easier said than done. But have come a long way now, I no longer have the itch to place a random trade. Don't get enticed by what my trader friend says

Most importantly, I don't overtrade & look forward to days when I don't trade at all. Those are the best days
