@Jacob_Frey if you're reading these, I understand how dickish I come off. Especially while upset about seeing someone so special lose their life in such tragic and ultimately unnecessary ways. There is a big issue, and it will not go away. People will continue to lose their lives

Should you and the city not act. And I would like to help. Not just send cusswords on the internet. I want to help. The fact is cyclists and motor vehicles dont mix. And the solution isnt paint on the road. Protected bike lanes are an answer. Separate trails are an answer.

There are ways to help end this senseless loss of life that is only becoming more commonplace. I just need to know that the city understands this and is on it. Give us hope to see something change for the better. All commuters deserve better. Cyclists especially.
