. @OHSupremeCourt dismisses FirstEnergy Solutions (now Energy Harbor) argument that @OhioansStandUp couldn't put a referendum on the ballot because the subsidies were a tax.

"Cause dismissed for lack of a justiciable controversy" by 4 justices. (Three others had recused)

Still pending: @OhioansStandUp case that it should get more time to collect signatures. Court doesn't have to take up questions from federal judge Sargus but it could.

So basically, the referendum effort isn't dead dead yet but it's barely hanging on. (Signature collectors left a while ago.)
