I have 35 years of lived experience with mental health challenges, specifically anxiety, depression, and chronic stress issues. I& #39;m lucky in a lot of ways, but the last 12 months have been the worst yet. I& #39;m still here.

4/2 obviously I am now feeling super-anxious about what I& #39;ve just publicly "owned up to", so the rest of the day should be awesome. But anyway, @seemescotland inspired me today, and I& #39;ll get over it. Eventually.
