(1/3) Here are a few STEMI-mimics ECG I encountered this month. All with normal coronaries #radialfirst. 31 year old with abdominal pain and vomiting. Normal coronaries. Final diagnosis Takotsubo.
(2/3) 45 yo woman with chest pain and elevated troponin. Normal coronaries. Final diagnosis focal myocarditis (based on cardiac MRI).
(1/3) This ECG is the most obvious for pericarditis. But it was a 60 year old man with hypertension and hyperlipidemia who has chest pain so I wasn't going to take a risk.
