When Labour didn’t get in under Ed Milliband I spent the whole day sobbing histrionically - admittedly I was pregnant at the time & reasonably hormonal but y’know..... & I know people don’t like Corbyn & I know Labour aren’t perfect but they are the best chance of getting the
Tories out. I feel if they lose this election we are due another day of me sobbing histrionically. Which isn’t about me because lucky fucking me I have money. I’ll be ok under any government we have but I cry for all those that aren’t. For all those that deserve better
This is an echo chamber. Chances are if you follow me on here you’re not right wing so I’m not doing an impassioned plea because what’s the point. But I worked as a mental health social worker under Labour & then the coalition & then the Tories & I first hand saw the damage &
Destruction that came to people who need support the most. I will argue this point to my death. If you care about society. If you care about people. You’ve got to get the Tories out
& I don’t do that job anymore because the Tories made it impossible. Impossible to care & work the way I needed to. Again lucky me I could afford to stop. I appreciate that. But unlucky me I felt I had to stop a job I loved because they cut everything to ribbons & doing that
Job negatively affected my own mental health. Anyway..... 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s not about me. It’s about the millions of people who deserve better. Who deserve a home & a health care system & an education
