Jakobi Meyers had a big day vs the Cowboys, but also left a some plays on the field. Out of his 9 targets, 4 fell to the turf due to errors he made.

On two targets, he quickly snapped off his route to separate, but the CB broke it up the pass bc he didn't come back to the ball

Meyers also had two drops in the game.

On the first, he appeared to turn upfield before securing the catch while trying to get extra yards on 2nd & 8.

The second drop appeared to be a case of alligator arms, with the rookie not able to bring in a pass down the seam with the deep safety closing in.

Not an easy catch by any means, but Meyers is known for making tough grabs, so you expect him to make this.

All of the mistakes Jakobi Meyers made on these targets are correctable and I don't expect them to plague the young receiver long-term. Much more good than bad from him.

May have misjudged the second throw where I mention Meyers not coming back to the ball. Think that was more on the throw. Brady’s already going thru his motion as Jakobi gets out of his break and the pass arrives over his head
