We always hear that "women are emotional" as a weakness, as an excuse for inequality.
But we as women should not take at as an insult, if anything it's the best praise one can get.

People, men & women have different personalities and experiences, so it's pretty dumb to generalise a personal trait.
However i do understand the concept of women being more sentimental and emotional.
For the majority i would say roles like motherhood do make women more emotional

But i don't understand why that's a weakness.
Having sympathy and caring for others is what we all need in this destructive world.
Not saying many females in power didn't contribute in the destruction in this world though
