Today, I want to give you a technique you can use to start Improving your self talk

It's called Framing.
Everyone has heard of the saying "It's all a frame of mind."

It's one of those throwaway phrases people say but never really take the time to THINK about how Powerful it is.

Today, I will show you how you can Practically apply this popular phrase to improve you life
1. STOP pegging your failures to You

Your failures are lessons in disguise. They are not "You".

Learn to detach yourself from your failures

2. Journal daily

Journal your thoughts and emotions daily.

Write down all your negative self-talk.

"I'm such an idiot"
"My life is over!"
"I'm a failure!"

Every couple of days, go back and read your journal entries and realise how silly you sound.
3. Affirmations

Affirmations sound like woo-woo to skeptics but they are a powerful way to Rewire your brain.

Write down some positive affirmations, print them out (DO THIS) and read them daily

Here are some examples to get you going:

"I will not stop until I win"
"There is no such thing is hard. There is only new"
"I am comfortable with the unknown and looking stupid"
"No matter what happens to me, I'll be able to handle it"
Affirmations might make you feel silly if you're new to them but there's a reason why successful people like @ScottAdamsSays uses them.

They work.
4. Say "Good"

My favourite reframing technique of all time is to say "Good" to everything that happens to me.

This will condition your mind to see everything in your life as an opportunity to Get Better
5. Take action to Reinforce your newfound beliefs

You can reframe your reality all you want but if you don't back it up with action, then it all goes to waste.

The point of Reframing is to get you to Focus on the stuff that matters.
