Recently there's been many reports heavily linking Massimiliano Allegri to Arsenal

So here's a thread analysing his achievements, style of play, and what he can bring to Arsenal. Give it a read and let me know your thoughts
Honours

6x Serie A Titles
4x Italian Cup Winner
3x Italian Super Cup Winner
1x Italienischer Drittligameister
1x Suppercoppa Serie C Title
Allegri has been in management for many years and has a variety of experience. So this this will probably be a long thread.

He started off his managerial career in 2003 at Aglianese Calcio 1923. In which he finished 13th in the Serie C2 Girone B
A year later he was appointed as SPAL manager in 2004 in which he would compete in a higher division in the Serie C1 Girone B (Yeah the Italian leagues were retarded back in the day 😂) he managed a 9th place finish with a +3 goal difference
His reign under SPAL only lasted a season and a year later he remained in the Serie C1 Girone B with Grosseto, this time managing a 4th place finish with the 3rd most goals scored in the league. However he then went on to be shockingly sacked by Grosseto then took a season out.
During this season out he became part of the Udinese coaching staff. A year later, Allegri was appointed as Sassuolo manager and finished 1st in the Serie C1 Girone A with a +14 goal difference and conceding the least goals in the league. This earned them promotion to Serie B
After his impressive work with Sassuolo and Grosseto, he was appointed as head coach at Cagliari FC in 2008, a straight push into the Serie A. Allegri's first season was decent finishing 9th, however his next season proved to be poor, finishing 16th, which saw him sacked.
Despite Allegri's poor last season with Cagliari, AC Milan we're interested in pulling the trigger on Allegri as head coach. This is where Allegri's work started to become noticed. He was appointed in 2010 and achieved great things with Milan
Amazingly in Allegri's first season with the club, he won Serie A with Milan conceding only 24 goals during the 2010/11 season. He also reached the Semi Finals of the Copa Italia, starring fantastic attacking players in Ibrahimovic, Pato and Robinho in a 4-4-2 diamond formation
The 2011/12 season didn't prove to be as successful in the Serie A. However Milan only missed out on the title by 4 points finishing 2nd on 80 points. However Milan won the Suppercoppa Italia, finished in the Semi Finals of the Coppa Italia and quarter finals in the UCL
The 2012 transfer window is where Milan started to lose all their best players. I.e Buffon, Silva, Ronaldinho, and Ibrahimovic etc. As you could expect, they dropped in the league but only to 3rd place. Allegri's star player this season was El Shaarawy who scored 16 in the league
The 2013/14 season for Milan turned out to be the falling point of their club after the selling of their best players and lack of improvement in the transfer window. Milan struggled for results and Allegri expectedly had enough, resigning in January 2014
Allegri was appointed as Juventus head coach in 2014 to replace Antonio Conte, in which Allegri would go on to be one of Juve's most successful managers. Winning the double in his first season (Serie A + Coppa Italia) and runners up in the Champions League.
During Allegri's 5 seasons at Juventus, he won 5 league titles, 4 Coppa Italia Cups, and 3 Suppercoppa Italia Cups. He has developed young players over the years such as Pogba, Pereyra, Dybala, Coman, Alex Sandro, Bentancur etc.
One criticism of Allegri is his underachievement in the Champions League. He has reached 2 finals yet hasn't come out with a single UCL title despite the firepower of Ronaldo last season

However it is evident he is a born winner and tactician
There's a big myth that Allegri is a defensive minded or "pragmatic" manager which is normally put on from the English fans, and it confuses the fuck out of me. Yes Allegri's teams are well Defensively setup, doesn't make him Defensive minded.
Allegri doesn't have a set or favoured formation. He tends to adapt his players into whatever system is best. At Juve he played a 3-5-2, 4-2-3-1 but most recently a 4-3-3, in which he has high press from the front 3, deep lying playmakers in the midfield and attacking full backs
Allegri is one of the first to adapt this well known "Modern system" of high press and intensity, making him a great appointment in my opinion for Arsenal. He would also bring a more recognisable and understandable defensive shape and structure, whilst playing on the counter
My overall thoughts on this "appointment"

He wouldn't be my first choice, but I would be fully behind the appointment of Allegri if it were to happen. A born winner, tactician, class act and counter attacking minded manager. Would be a perfect fit for our club
