What to feel like moving again? Fix hunger.

Want to fix hunger? Stop listening to RDs, guidelines, programs, apps that encourage you to eat the wrong things.
Wrong things? Foods that aren't food: Carby psuedofoods. Seed-oil rich psuedofoods. Pesudofoods engineered to trigger your bliss point, and eat more. Psuedofoods devoid of adequate nutrition. Eat real, lower-carb, good fat. Doesn't have to be expensive. Details are out there.
All the information you need is available online for no cost. Your biggest challenge is determining who to ignore, not who to follow. Ignore WW, HAES, ADA, AHA, bigFood, bigPharma. 30% carbs is NOT low carb. Not low enough to break the cycle. Target 20g/day max to start.
Follow #LC or #ZC peeps. If you want animal-based, see #KetoAF. If you want #vegan or #WHPB find those doing low carb and learn how to supplement. Embrace fats and proteins. Stop with the low-fat calorie restricted diets. Won't work because—hunger.
Try fasting when you're ready. Close up your daily eating window. Maybe don't eat for a whole day. Folks on the carb roller-coaster can't imagine ever going more than 3 hours without eating. That's OK. Fasting, or time restricted eating isn't step one.
Finally, if what your doing isn't working, check your work. Ask for help. Learn. Change. Just don't return to the old proven failing ways. And always ask yourself who is paying the person giving you advice, that is the best reality test you have.
