1. Last week @helenadalli launched the @EU_Commission
Task Force on Equality which is a great achievement. However, the Task Force is not truly representative of the diversity of Europe and fails to include - those at the heart of its work. https://twitter.com/helenadalli/status/1197216616381124609

2. Our bureau wrote to @vonderleyen and @helenadalli
to express their concern but also highlight the lack of representation is because of the @EU_Commission recruitment policies. The Commission is not really serious about improving diversity.

3. We believe there needs to be a Task Force on Workforce Diversity. As @vonderleyen has said "We cannot afford to leave any potential behind." The @EU_Commission
should listen to its incoming President. It is now time for action, and not just words
