Oratane is not available over the counter.

I paid cash for consultation and treatment and I claimed later from my medical aid.

While taking Oratane you can do most things you normally do unless you have been told to stop by your doctor.
Eg
•less coffee
•no alcohol
•no direct sun
•more moisturizing
•more safe sex
•no waxing and threading

It is not the same for everyone, your doctor will prescribe your dosage.

Mine was too high. I decided to take my dosage at night.
