Christmas is going to look bloody awful for my family if the TOs that hire me don’t start paying.. 5 months, 3 months, sometimes even 6+ months. I wonder how they would feel not being paid monthly...lucky I’m smart with money & keep multiple months rent but this is a piss take

I’m sick to death of worrying, I’m sick to death of chasing people, I’m sick of begging for money that I’ve worked for because they don’t want to pay... imagine if we got paid before the work and then just didn’t turn up? They would never hire us again! Something has to change

I’m a 29 year old man, with enough problems of my own, imagine if the people paying us had to wait this long?!?!?!? and if I say who it is that owes me, they just won’t hire me. This is unacceptable and us talent need to work together to fix this seriously!

For all of those saying call then out, I did that with Unikrn and I’m still owed 10k euros which I will never ever see! It’s disgusting. I won’t call them out but I want to try create something to solve this with the other talent, we all struggle with this on all levels!!!!

Oh and it’s not just talent I’ve heard it from many teams that prize money can take way longer than it should as well. This is a huge issue that needs sorting across the board.

Watch now 2020 I enter retirement and out of esports because these TOs see my tweet and rather than own up and apologise they choose to not hire me because it’s easier...this is the problem when you are not at the very top of your field. I’m not trying to make problems I’m just..

Trying to get paid for the work I did, pay my bills and enjoy life. As someone with anxiety and depression it took tons of time and courage + multiple attempts of writing this tweet to even put it out here...rip I guess? Fuck the little guy for trying...

I do my best, I love my work, I thank every TO for the opportunity and work myself into the ground like a lot of other talent do for this but in the end we are just pawns to some of them it seems. Trust me it’s not all TOs but this obviously hits home for a lot of talent.

A lot goes on in my personal life like looking after family members who have nothing, no income, no support, paying their rent, food etc because they supported me when I was a kid. We come from nothing. All will be revealed in an interview with @TheEsportsDM in December

Has to be said this is not a witch hunt, a few examples are weplay first time working with them, Eden esports only a year into making tournaments over in Malta were both incredible and trying hard always, ESL have always been great to me with family emergencies like dropping...

...out of events two days before or when Harvey’s mum was in hospital and I had to take him, Copenhagen Games I can’t fault in any way, it’s an honest, brutal but exciting csgo tournament and they look after us great...but the overall message is talent and payment +...

...how it’s done needs to change to improve the landscape... let’s not start a witch-hunt, I just want to get US talent across ALL games to work together on this wider issue!
