I don't understand how so many people think that Game Freak is "running out of ideas" when they see mons based on inanimate objects? How is that less creative than mons based on animals? I would argue that most of these object pokemon are actually often more creative!

if you actually look at their designs they are more complex than that. I could also say that they just cartoonified a sheep and call it pokemon. What's your point?

if you don't like inanimate objects that's fine. I don't personally like many very humanoid pokemon. But don't call them less creative just because you don't personally find them appealing. I'm sorry for this mini-rant, this argument just frustrates me so much for some reason
