T1 Reflections on aging

While I'm challenged by getting older each year I've come to let some of those hangups go. Not because I'm ok with ageing and what that brings but because I AM getting older.I'm blessed to be alive to see in another year. To make memories and experiences

T2 with family and friends. To get up and go to work, to study and pursue my interests. To see the people I care about progress in their lives. To see the little people in my life grow up. A very special friend of mine was not so blessed and she and I won't get older together so

T3 I recognise the importance of reaching another year in mine. I find gratitude very grounding and a useful way to disgsrd the things that really don't matter and hold dear the things that do.

So when we check our wrinkles in the mirror, the effects of time on our body remember

T4 that won't always be an option.

At this point in time more of the road is behind me than in front of me but there's hopefully a good stretch to go yet.

I look forward to more adventures and new experiences and the wrinkles
