Health Thread: for anyone who at times experience migraines, nausea, difficulty praying, anxiety, and lack of being able to concentrate, seemingly at random, this thread may help you identify, track, and predict when you will experience that so you can prepare for it
I started to get headaches and migraines in 2011, and through much research and prayer and tracking, found it was linked to a certain level of solar flare or other similar and specific electro magnetic effects from the sun.
This thread is not meant to teach you science, but more so to show you how you can track what I have found to cause occasional headaches and migraines, and for anyone who wants to learn more about the science of it on their own can do personal study based on this basic thread
What I also found was when I got a migraine, other people would report nausea, difficulty praying, higher levels of anxiety, and lack of concentration, so this thread could can be helpful to you as well if that is what you experience. It may not be the reason, but a reason.
Basically what I have found, and others have officially studied, is that the electro magnetic effects of the sun do effect people. Most people just think they feel ill and are not aware why, and that is because they can not see the effects of the sun or know how to track it
Check what is called the Proton Flux, it should look mostly flat. When it starts to raise and spike it can effect people.

Check what is called the Magnetometer or the Magnetosphere, it should look like a Sin Wave for the most part, when there are drastic peaks and drops or looks completely flat with no wave, it can effect people.

Check what is called the Planetary K index or the PK index, it should be in the green or below 3. If it goes above that, it can effect people while it is high, and then once it goes green again the effects on people are removed

Those five sets of charts can be found by doing a search, and they are updated in realtime. If you have migraines, nausea, difficulty praying, anxiety, lack of concentration, which comes and goes with what seems like no reason, it is worth your time to research this topic
When I see a major change in the data charts I can prepare for what can be a migraine, either by modifying a schedule or changing what I eat to cut off the effects of the solar electro magnetic waves before they can cause damage and lessen any effects that did start to reverse it
