I see a lot of tweets about how Unai is a "good guy who is just out of his depth" and how they "feel bad for him".

Well, I don't.

Unai Emery is the man who let Ramsey go. He's the man who spent over a year trying to make Ozil's life hell so he would leave.
He's the person who created that issue with Kos as well. The same person who has refused to play anything near our best line-up for over 18 months.

At the end of it, he's been a terrible appointment for us. Ruined a lot of players values, wasted 18 months with dire football.
And the fact of the matter is that the team has been unforgivably bad under him. We've broken records with our terribleness - this is the worst season we've seen in decades if not even longer.

He's taken a top 4 team to barely being midtable. That doesn't warrant respect.
I'm well aware that Raul is the reason behind a lot of these. But at the end of the day, Unai has been as complicit in all of those situations. He's a yes man - and when you're saying yes to all the wrong things - don't expect people to appreciate you doing that.
