The 1st step to performance improvement is self-awareness:
Ask yourself: What am I thinking? What am I feeling? What am I telling myself? What does it mean about me?
In the 2nd step is the step that leads to Self-Discipline:
We need to identify what the TRIGGER to that loser behavior is. What happened just before you
- went on tilt?
- jumped into the trade?
- got out too early?
- decided to move your stop loss 1 more time ?

3rd Step is how to gain Self-Control:
Now you know the trigger (fight with spouse, lack of sleep etc) you can
- exert self-control by being extra vigilant
and/or
- get help to dissolve the emotional trigger, so next time you won't get triggered again by the triggering event
