The Bernie campaign is actively recruiting staffers out of the DSA, Make the Road, and pretty much every union you could think of. The Warren campaign is mostly holdovers from Obama For America and a few from the WFP.

That's really all you need to understand the difference.

Warren is running basically the same campaign Obama ran. Not identical, and there's a lot to be optimistic about in comparison to OFA. But she's running the same *kind* of campaign - Bernie is not. Bernie is running somewhere between Debs and FDR.

I understand Bernie isn't perfect. But he supports abolishing not only ICE, but CBP as well - Warren doe not. Bernie supports passing Medicare For All and rolling it out by the end of term one. Warren does not. The choice really is simple. And I don't know how any self-respecting

socialist or even progressive could choose a candidate who compromises more, polls worse against Trump, and does worse with POC & working class voters. I really don't.

Also noteworthy: Warren's congressional allies are mostly white suburban progressives aligned with the PCCC and similar orgs. Bernie's is people like AOC, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib - Socialists who have been moving the overton window, rather than tracking it.

I guarantee you 95%+ of the self-described socialists supporting Warren think that socialism is when the government builds roads and runs the police department.
