I'd like to transition to being more of an early morning person. Do any of you have practical recommendations?
I'd like to do this because i've found it difficult to get to the gym consistently since I started my new job. I'd like to do it and get it over with.
Although I struggle because i've always hated going to bed early since I was a boy. But also, this is tough socially.
