Here are a few things White people can do to lessen the anger and rage that's exhausted on them by Black people in this space:

Check your white privilege/ white fragility at the door before you follow any Black person, especially Black women.
Stop participating in discussions of racism in WHITE SPACES.

If it doesn't apply, Let it fly. Never 'Not All' a Black person or POC for that matter.

Stop centering yourself when you get called out.

Stop trying to lead Black people. Accept that you dont know shit.
Get comfortable with BEING uncomfortable.

Stop announcing you're unfollowing Black people. This isn't an airport. Just go.

Stop being conditional/ performative/circumstantial/ problematic/ unreliable allies.
Listen & Be quiet. If you find yourself second guessing what a Black person is saying ASK someone else that's BLACK.

Respect that Black people are not your mules or show animals. We are not your security blank. This isn't the Peanuts gang and you aren't Linus.
Black people are not your personal tutors. We don't owe explanations to you.

It is not our job to educate white people about racism. It is the job of white people to educate eachother.
