I read the whole thing and thought I would pick out a few things that caught my attention that might get missed out.
Some are just observations but there's there's a couple of alarm bells ringing.

How will they back teachers enforcing discipline?
Schools already have enough powers, what they are lacking is the resources and we know that 83% of schools will still face real cuts.
We also need the services that support struggling families restored.

So the Tories got rid of most the legal campsites. Now there is nearly nowhere left to camp legally, anywhere they do camp will end up with them arrested and their homes and property seized.
This could spell the end of their way of life.

This is interesting at the bottom
We will ban public bodies from imposing their own direct or indirect boycotts
So does this mean for instance they can no longer refuse to buy goods from illegal settlements in occupied territories.

So if we are letting in high skilled foreigners but not low skilled, then is it the British who will end up in low paid jobs.
I guess that's why they never mentioned Further Education and won't be restoring education funding.

Washing their hands of the Heathrow decision.
We will use our R&D to nationalise the cost while privatizing the profit.
Less regulation to access funding seems alright, until you see it's going to be OUR pension money they are giving away to fund private profit.

Interesting they felt the need to stick this in.
BIG ONE:Leverson to be basically reversed and binned
Section 40 is the bit from Leverson that allowed the public to seek address from the press.
Redress will be back to being something only the rich can afford

No detail at all on how they plan on changing what appears to be the whole of our parliament. That they didn't mention something so big in their headlines means they didn't want us to notice this bit.

Update the Human rights act to change the balance, exactly how? The lack of detail could be covering all sorts of heinous policy.

So lots of broad brushstrokes that could be hiding some unpleasant policies, but there's still a couple of shockers that should have already been picked up by decent journalists

For instance no mention of FE. Considering the funding projections I don't understand how they intend on creating high wage high skill jobs if they aren't willing to invest on going people.

On a final note, there does seem to be a push for a more authoritarian approach to education.
