It strikes me that latent in the right wing argument that 'providing welfare makes people lazy' is a eugenic argument. Because none of those people say, 'allowing the rich to hand their wealth to their children makes those baby plutes lazy.'
The key is in the phrase 'job creator' (as opposed to calling workers 'wealth creators'). 'Job creator' implies that there is something about a certain kind of person that imbues them with the will and intellect to 'create jobs'
So the workers who do the jobs are otherwise liable to starve, and they owe everything to the 'job creator'.'
Once you accept that the human race can be eugenically divided into job creators and drones, then it makes perfect sense that you shouldn't give the drones life's necessities, lest they fail to realize the 'job creators'' dreams
Meanwhile, the offspring of 'job creators' inherit the genetic basis for creating jobs, so allowing the children of the rich to inherit such that they need never lift a finger is fine, because they don't respond to incentives the way that the poors do
It's telling that the right calls the providers (or inheritors!) of capital 'makers' while the people who work that capital to produce wealth are dismissed as 'takers'
